Rismara 1975 is a 100% Arabica coffee from the Gayo highlands. This product is crafted with an espresso-based roast profile, combining two origins (Pegasing and Bener Meriah) and two different post-harvest processes (Wet-Hulled and Natural). The flavor expectation is to balance the classic character of the wet-hulled process with the fruity and juicy notes from the natural process.

Tasting notes: Tropical Fruits, Pineapple, and Spice.
